Please reach out to me at christina@moneylifemindset.com if you cannot find an answer to your question.
While it is true that every single person alive needs good money management skills and habits, not everyone is a good fit for the type of coaching I offer. Here are some questions to ask yourself:
Do I lay awake at night consistently dwelling on my financial stress?
Am I interested in being personally accountable and in control of my finances?
Am I willing to rearrange my current income to better serve my future financial goals?
Do I have any extra income beyond my most basic necessities (food, shelter, etc) that I am willing to use wisely, even if it means making small current sacrifices?
Do I want to understand how my money use reflects my actual life?
Do I desire to change my relationship with money?
This is a tough question to answer because the truth is that every client is wholly unique in his or her knowledge and current situation, therefore every session is tailored to what is needed for you personally at that time. However, I know that “It depends” is not all that helpful, so here are a few general examples of what might happen in your sessions.
First, we will work together to discover your personal values and goals in order to discover where our plan needs to end up.
Then we dive deep into what causes your financial stress and brainstorm actionable ideas to alleviate those stressors. Don’t worry, this won’t be like putting a straight-jacket on from a strict sacrificial budget. Rather, my method is to always first find the easiest changes to make that you will be able to maintain consistently over time. I see you as a vibrant, one-of-a-kind person that simply desires to be the best you possible, and only you can accurately pilot your own life. My role is simply to be your navigator by providing you with options on how you can better arrange your money.
My role as navigator may include helping you understand or guidance on:
The foundational principles of personal finance
Applicable concepts from your own taxes
Improving your money habits
The financial implications within contracts (ie credit cards, loans, mortgage)
Money mindset adjustments
Your personal risk tolerance profile, especially as it applies to investing
Options on saving for retirement
Spending habits and aligning them with your personal goals

Framework for turning a good idea or skill into extra income
Taking vacations without future financial stress
Great life-changing results!
